  • We repair and provide support for the following Apple Computer products:
    iMac, Macbook, Macbook Air, Macbook Pro, Mac Pro, Xserve
    Pricing structure for repair and support:
    On-Site Support: $75/hr
    On-Site Repair: $75/hr
    Workshop Repair: $75/hr
    Remote support: $50/hr
    Phone support: $30/hr
    Trip fee $25
    Emergency Trip fee (on-site in 2 hours) $50
    Bottom line for on-site support: $100 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour.
